Delivery

WE use Australia parcel post. You only pay the actual Australia post charges, no handling fees are added.

The postage charge appears in the 'SHIPPING' box in step 2 of the payment procedure after you have filled in your details. You have a choice of regular or express post.

We use recycled packaging, you will always be notified when your order is dispatched.

All orders over $25 are sent by registered post, at no extra charge.

Track your registered parcel by entering the RP number HERE

Solar panels are delivered by TNT courier, but charged at postal rates. When ordering, choose “regular parcel post”

Express orders are dispatched within 24 hours and regular orders within 2 working days.

Australia Post's delivery schedule can be found HERE

Australia Post assesses parcels over 1kg according to their actual weight or cubic weight, whichever is greater.

The cubic weight is the parcel's volume in cubic meters multiplied by 250.

Example: A parcel measuring 0.4m x 0.2m x 0.3m = 0.024 cubic meters. Times the conversion factor of 250 gives a cubic weight of 6kg. If the actual weight is 4kg, then postage is charged for 6kg.

Want to check postage charges before you buy?

1) Click HERE for the Australia Post calculator.

2) Type in the lodgement postcode, it’s 6028.

3) Type in the destination postcode.

4) Select the weight range for the product as shown on the product view page. This is based on the cubic rule shown above. NOTE: We use KG (kilograms)  but AustPost use g's (grams), so multiply the product weight by 1000 to get g's.

5) Ignore the 'DIMENSIONS' boxes, click on 'CALCULATE' and Select ‘cancel’ to ignore the cubic calculation because the shipping weight has the cubic weight factored in.

6) The regular and express post parcel charges are displayed.

NOTE: Sometimes, due to efficient packaging of multiple items, we can reduce the postage and delivery charges. In these situations we always refund the overcharged postage. Yes, really.
