Guarantee of satisfaction If you receive a faulty product we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund upon receiving the return. Just repack everything along with your sales invoice. Please include a note describing the fault and return to our postal address within 14 days after delivery. We will reimburse the cost of the return postage
If you change your mind or bought in error we will gladly issue a refund upon receiving the returned item unused and in original packaging. Just post it to the above address along with your sales invoice within 7 days. We do not reimburse the cost of the return postage.
